Arrive promptly this morning to repair my garage door that suddenly broke around 9:00am. The technician, Tony, arrived around 10:30 and was friendly and knowledgeable. Had the springs replaced and the door working perfectly in about an hour. Could not have been better, and I was even able to get my car out of the garage and make it to my Doctor appointment on time. Many thanks to Service Garage Door. Ill certainly call youll next time I have any garage door issues!

The service they give is beyond outstanding. Tony and Jimmy did a perfect job installing my new garage door in less than 2 hours. Tony is not only very personable but he knows his work. He shows up when he says he will so you won’t waste your time waiting unlike a couple of other garage door companies I called. I had two broken springs on one garage door and worn springs on a second door. I also needed new pulleys and cables. Tony gave me a price that was fair, reasonable and below other estimates I had received. He also told me I did not need new door rollers which other companies tried to sell me. the work was professionally done. I would recommend Tony to anyone in need of garage door repair.

Excellent experience replacing our garage door! Terry came out on the weekend and we had a new garage door by Monday! He gave us several options, money-saving options and long-term options. We went with the long-term option since this is what we had in mind in the first place but no pressure from this company. On the day of installation, everything went smoothly. Originally, our garage door was so loud. Now it is so quiet and doesn’t bother anyone. Highly recommend using this company. They clearly believe in customer service and making their customer happy. Tony did a great job. I just needed maintenance to my garage door and automatic screw-type opener which had never been serviced since installation 10 years ago. The service call $$ was reasonable. Tony was thorough, explained some items about door and replaced a couple of hinges at no charge. He spotted a safety issue, springs did not have safety cable in case they broke (and they are older so can break in the next few years) so he installed that for reasonable charge. Very satisfied and I recommend the company.
